Refund, in plain English
WETI reports are a digital product. Once you have read the full report, the value has been delivered and we cannot un-deliver it. That said, software is software. Things go wrong. Pages fail to load. A report arrives that does not feel like what you paid for.
So our promise is simple: if you paid and you have not opened the full report, you can ask for your money back within 30 days. No form, no follow-up survey, no haggling.
Who this covers
- Personal Deep reports, Pair reports, and Trio reports purchased through our Stripe checkout.
- Both currencies (CNY, EUR) and all payment methods (card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, iDEAL, Klarna).
How to request a refund
Write to hello@weti.uk and include the email address you used at Stripe checkout. That is the one piece we need to find the transaction. A receipt number is welcome but not required.
We process refunds within 3 to 5 business days. The money returns to the same card, wallet, or bank account you paid from. Stripe handles the actual transfer; bank settlement can add another 1 to 7 days depending on your provider.
Exceptions
- If you have already opened the full paid report (we can see this in our delivery logs), the refund is at our discretion. In practice we still refund anyone who writes politely with a real reason, but the 30-day no-questions rule does not apply once the content has been consumed.
- Pair and Trio reports require both (or all three) parties to answer before the report unlocks. If your partner never finishes their side, the report never generates, and a full refund is automatic on request.
Your statutory rights
For users in the EU and UK, this policy sits alongside your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. By paying and opening the report you have agreed to begin performance of the digital service immediately, which is why the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to reports you have already opened. Our 30-day window is wider than the statutory minimum on purpose.
